Shipping and Returns Policy

We undertake to ship orders within 48 hours of purchase. Where we do not have stock, we will order new stock and send it to you when it arrives (we cannot guarantee how long this may take), or provide you with a refund.

We do not ship to PO boxes or addresses outside of New Zealand, if this is required please contact us at admin@isiko.co.nz

We cannot accept any returns unless the product is damaged or not as described on our website. If for any reason you are not content with what you received (e.g. wrong sizing, colour, etc), you can exchange it for another item (that must be equal or lesser value) or return it for a credit. We accept returns up to 7 days from the date of shipment.

If you wish to return any item due to wrong sizing, colour etc, then it is up to you to organise shipping and pay for the shipping costs associated with sending it back to us. Once the parcel has been received by us, we will process the return and confirm by email when the funds have been put back on the credit/debit card you used to place the respective order.
